The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, offering high standard and very clean and comfortable rooms. However, the lack of clear information about room assignments upon check-in was a bit confusing. The service, although not very welcoming at first, improved thanks to helpful staff members. The location is excellent for exploring the city, with a view of the millennium bridge. The dining experience might be stressful, and the facilities are functional with a grocery shopping service available.

The apartments have lots of potential but need maintenance and a deep clean. The staff wasn't helpful, which was disappointing. The bathroom was the nicest part of the apartment.
